You don’t have to coordinate multiple vendors — we handle it for you.
While we specialize in ceremony planning and décor, we do not own a reception venue.
However, we’re happy to recommend trusted local restaurants, waterfront venues, and reception spaces in South Florida to continue your celebration.
We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance if you have a set DATE, especially for peak season (spring & fall).

South Florida weather can shift quickly 🌦️
We carefully monitor conditions leading up to your ceremony and stay in close communication with you 48 hours prior, if we see a problem, we will make contact immediate contact with you.
If adjustments are needed, we may:
• Suggest slight timing adjustments
• Recommend alternate nearby locations
• Help coordinate backup plans
Plan B arrangements should always be in place just in case; the day of the ceremony the couple make the final decision. If we stay with original plan or not.

Yes.
With the cities we are familiar with, we will pull permits and charge you on the final invoice
Guest capacity depends on the specific beach and location.
We work with multiple beach locations that can accommodate everything from intimate elopements to larger wedding celebrations.
When planning, we also consider important factors such as parking availability, public beach traffic, and overall guest comfort to ensure your ceremony experience runs smoothly.
Our packages are priced for 40 guests or less, However, if you have more then 40 guests, add $150 to the package of your choice. The fee includes 10 chairs
Our ceremony packages range from $675 – $3,000, with detailed descriptions and transparent pricing available directly on our website for easy viewing.
Every package includes:
• A professional photographer (One Hour) is also available for extra hours, such as for your reception at $375 an hour
• An officiant
• Ceremony décor
• Pre-recorded ceremony music (all types of love songs from all different genres)
You’ll also find our à la carte menu there, where you can explore additional add-ons to further customize your ceremony experience.
If you already have your own officiant or photographer, those services can be removed.
For packages over $1,000, a discount will be applied accordingly.
We believe in clear, upfront pricing so you can plan with confidence.
Yes.
A retainer secures your date and the amount depends on your package ($250-$500).
All deposit go towards the final balance.
To officially reserve your wedding, a signed service agreement and retainer are required.

The couple does.
If you wish to have a marriage license from Florida. You need to obtain the Marriage License from any of our Courthouses. If you don't think you'll arrive in time. We can refer a company called info@marriedbymail.com (mailto:info@marriedbymail.com)
They will submit for the license on your behalf.
What if I am coming from another State?
You're welcome to get married in your home State. We will just celebrate your marriage here.
Or ask your home State if an ordained minister or Florida Notary can sign your States document.
You have the photographer for one hour, starting the moment the Bride makes her entrance.
Photographer takes an average of 100 to 150 photos.
Packages include standard resolution images, you will receive 3 weeks after the ceremony.
You will also receive the opportunity to purchase the High Resolution images all for $199 or specific
images at $3.50 per image.
Yes, you can make changes or bring your own ceremony script for us to perform. All our officiants are either Ordained Ministers or Notaries of the State of Florida. We also have 2 Pastors.
You will select both the Brides entrance and your first song as you kiss and walk off.
All we ask is for the name of the song and who sings it.
Yes, it's a staple for all our ceremonies. We give you a glass keepsake heart as a memento to take home with you.
